The short version

What we collect when you book

To make an appointment we ask for your name and phone number. Email is optional - if you give it, that is where your confirmation and reminder go.

For massage appointments there is a free-text box asking what is bothering you. You choose what to write there. It goes to your therapist so the session is useful rather than generic - nothing more.

Your booking is stored in Square, the appointment and payment system we use. Square holds your contact details and visit history under its own privacy policy.

What we collect when you just visit

Like most sites, ours uses a few tools that set cookies or store small amounts of data in your browser. Here is the complete list:

We do not use Facebook or Instagram tracking pixels, and we do not run retargeting ads that follow you to other sites.

Card payments

If you buy a gift card or a package, your card details go straight to Square from your browser. They never pass through our systems and we never see or store them. We receive only confirmation that the payment succeeded.

Emails we send

After your visit we may send one short email asking how it went. If you have not been in for a while we may send one invitation to come back - at most once every six months.

Every such email has a way to stop it: reply with the word STOP, or just reply and say so. We will not write again. Confirmations of things you paid for - a gift card code, a package - still reach you, because you are owed them.

Appointment confirmations and reminders come from Square, not from us.

Who else sees your data

Only the services that make the studio work, and only the part each one needs:

• Square - appointments, payments, your contact details
• Resend - delivers the emails described above
• Cloudflare - runs our booking system and protects the form
• Google - site statistics and, when we advertise, ad measurement

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We have never done it and have no plans to.

How long we keep it

Appointment and purchase records stay as long as we are in business - we need them for accounting and to know your history when you come back. Site statistics are kept for 14 months and then deleted by Google automatically.

Ask us to delete your records and we will, except where we are legally required to keep a payment record.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to viewspa.fl@gmail.com and we will answer.

You can also block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work - you may just have to type your name into the booking form again.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Minors are welcome in the studio with a parent or guardian present, who makes the booking.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we will change this page and update the date at the top. We will not quietly start doing something this page says we do not do.
