How sterility works here
Metal tools are sterilized in an autoclave — the same standard used in surgery. Every set is sealed in its own pouch and opened in front of you at the start of the appointment. Files and buffers are single-use — new ones out of the pack, in your sight. The table and surfaces are disinfected before and after. You don't have to take it on faith — you watch it happen.
