Before Your Visit
Where to park, when to arrive, and what to tell us so the hour works as hard as it can. Two minutes of reading, and nothing to think about on the day.
Finding us
We are on the eleventh floor at 20200 W Dixie Hwy, Suite 1105B, Aventura FL 33180. Look for Suite 1105B - the studio door is marked.
Parking is free, inside the building.
Enter from the side rather than the main entrance, and park in any yellow spot. The gate swings out toward the car, so leave it a little room.
When to arrive
Come about five minutes early. That is enough to hang up a coat and settle, so the whole hour goes to the treatment instead of the getting ready.
Running late happens. You have a 15-minute grace period - text us and come. Past that the slot is released, because someone is booked behind you.
Before a massage
Your session is with Ivan, a Florida-licensed massage therapist (MA107225).
- Eat light beforehand. Deep work on a full stomach is no fun for anyone.
- Mention injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, or any area to leave alone. It changes how the session is built, and it is the most useful thing you can tell him.
- Say if the pressure is wrong - too much or too little. Adjusting it halfway through is normal, not a complaint. Most people stay quiet and leave less happy than they had to.
- You stay under a sheet the whole session. Only the area being worked on is uncovered - your back, your legs - and it is covered again before moving on. The linens are ours, and Ivan steps out of the room while you get settled.
Before a nail appointment

- Wearing gel or extensions from another salon? Tell us when you book. Removal takes real time, and we would rather put it in the slot than rush your set.
- Bring a photo if you already have a shape or colour in mind. Far easier than describing it.
- Booking a pedicure? We have one pedicure chair, so those times are limited. If you want a particular hour, book ahead.
Paying
Booking online costs nothing and takes no card. You pay at the studio when you are done.
The price you saw when booking is the price you pay. We do not add a service charge, a facility fee, or anything else at the counter.
Have a prepaid package or a gift card? Enter the code when you book and the session comes off the balance automatically - nothing to remember on the day.
If plans change
Cancel or reschedule free any time up to 24 hours before. A day's notice means the time can go to someone else, which is the whole reason the rule exists.
Inside 24 hours, a fee applies. The details are in the cancellation policy.
